This is a very easy dish to make, and very healthy too. Salmon is very good for children (and adults too, but I find it too expensive if we all have to eat this kind of fish every week, so basically only lil boy eats salmon regularly).
That Sunday, daddy was on business trip so I only stayed at home with lil boy. We had to go to church, so I must thought of something easy to make after church. Lil boy must had been very hungry after the Sunday service, so I couldn’t cook something complicated. I cooked the rice and the soup (sayur labu dimasak bumbu kunci kedoyanan si bocah) and marinated the fish. So after church, I just needed to grill the salmon in less than 10 minutes. Very easy and simple, plus the taste was very good too.
- 1 tsp lime
- 130 gr of salmon
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp kikkoman naturally brewed say sauce
- 1 tsp butter
- Marinate salmon with lime, garlic, and kikkoman sauce for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator
- Heat butter in a grill pan
- Add salmon and all the sauce
- Grill until well cooked
