Siomay Kakap Merah dan Udang

Beli fillet kakap merah di pasar dengan tujuan mau digoreng pakai tepung (Rafel suka banget soalnya). Karena batuk, jadinya batal deh acara goreng-gorengnya. Daripada kelamaan di kulkas mendingan dibuat siomay aja deh. Gampang kok bikinnya:

Bahan:

1. Udang dan kakap merah/tengiri/daging babi, dengan perbandingan 1:3, artinya udangnya campuran aja biar lebih enak rasanya

2. Bawang putih goreng

3. Garam, kecap asin, gula sedikit

4. Telur ayam (dengan takaran gua ini telurnya 2)

5. Wortel parut halus sekali

6. Kulit pangsit

Cara membuat:

1. Blender bahan 1-4 sampai halus

2. Taruh di piring dan campur dengan wortel

3. Isikan ke kulit pangsit, bentuk lancip-lancip

4. Kukus sampai matang

5. Hidangkan dengan sambel botol dan saos tomat
