Simple Soup Recipe (Sup Enak Sedap Sekejap)

Kalo lagi males makan atau gak enak badan, paling enak deh makan sup, ya kan…. Sup ini rasanya nendang banget, langsung bikin adem tenggorokan yang lagi panas atau badan yang lagi meriang. Bikinnya juga gampang banget, kuah kaldunya saking berasanya, makannya gak usah pake kecap ato sambel gitu, dimakan polos gitu aja jauh lebih enak. Padahal biasanya gw kalo makan sup mesti pake kecap and sambel botol lho, ini gak tau kenapa males aja and ternyata emang lebih enak polos begitu, kaldunya lebih berasa.

Cara membuat:

1. Didihkan air dengan api kecil dengan ceker ayam yang dikeprek. Kalo gw sepanci kecil pake beberapa ceker ayam. Tunggu sampai air mengepul ngepul. Tujuannya api kecil supaya kaldunya meresap ke air supnya.

2. Masukkan potongan2 wortel (wortel bikin manis dan kaldu lebih gurih). Tambahkan jagung pipil kalau mau rasa manisnya lebih keluar

3. Jika wortel sudah matang, masukkan bahan2 sup lainnya. Di sini gw pake crab stick, bakso salmon, bakso cumi panjang, bakso ikan.

4. Bumbui dengan garam, kecap asin, pala bubuk, dan gula pasir

5. Tambahkan seledri dan bawang bombay goreng

6. Angkat dan sajikan panas – panas. Enak, gurih, mudah, dan sehat. Tanpa micin dan penyedap rasa
