Salah satu resep andalan gw, gampang juga bikinnya. Murah meriah gak kayak kalo beli di restoran bisa 20 ribuan sendiri, isi sedikit dan dagingnya juga dikit banget.

Bahan:

1. Kwetiau kering/basah, masak/seduh dengan air panas sampai matang

2. Daging sapi (gw pakai sisa masak beef teriyaki). Kalo gak daging sapi potong panjang2, gulingkan di tepung sagu sampai tertutup rata, udang, bakso ikan, dsb sesuai selera

3. Telur

4. Sayuran, daun bawang

5. Bumbu2: bawang putih cincang, saos tiram, kecap asin, angciu, kecap ikan, gula

Cara membuat:

1. Tumis bawang putih cincang hingga harum, masukkan potongan daging dan tumis hingga agak kering

2. Masukkan sayuran dan bumbu2, masukkan daun bawang

3. Tambahkan bumbu2 dan tambahkan air panas dan masak sampai sayuran matang

4. Masukkan tepung sagu yang sudah diaduk rata di air putih, tuang dan aduk hingga mengental

5. Masukkan telur dan aduk2 sampai menjadi butiran2 halus

6. Tunggu sampai mendidih, angkat dan sajikan
