Dalam rangka menghemat, karena roti beginian di Pizza Hut harganya mahal bener padahal si bocah suka banget, makanya dimodif deh sama mamanya pake roti tawar aja. Pernah coba pake roti perancis itu beberapa kali dengan beberapa merek, dan sharing sama temen juga, ternyata hasilnya sama, yaitu rotinya di bagian kulit keras banget. Mana rotinya kan mahal pulak. Ya sud, pake roti tawar aja deh yang murah meriah. Tapi tetep aja sih mozarella cheesenya yang bikin uenak banget ini tetep adalah komponen termahal. Makanya keju ini cuma jatahnya si bocah aja, yang lain kalo bikin polos aja, hehehe….

Cara membuat:

1. Rori tawar buang kulit pinggirnya, potong sesuai selera (segitiga, kotak, dsb)

2. Olesi dengan mentega yang banyak

3. Olesi dengan bawang putih tumbuk halus atau bubuk bawang putih. Jangan terlalu banyak kalau gak mau baunya tajam dan rasanya terlalu menusuk

4. Taburi dengan keju mozzarella (jangan pakai keju lain, pernah dicoba dan rasanya gak enak)

5. Panggang di oven dengan suhu 150 derajat dengan api atas bawah kira2 20 menit, 5 menit terakhir ganti dengan api atas. Kalau kurang garing/terlalu garing bisa disesuaikan proses memasaknya.

Kalo kata Rafel: rotinya enak, menteganya enak, kejunya enak, oreganonya juga enak. Semuanya enak…….
