Masakan yang gampang banget dibuatnya dan so…yummy… Apalagi kalo pake sambel yang banyak banget, sampe kepedesan.

Bahan:

1. Nasi putih (harus yang dingin dan jangan terlalu lembek)

2. Pete potong memanjang

3. Tomat iris tipis2

4. Untuk sambalnya kalau mau praktis bisa pakai cabe rawit potong kecil2, kemaren pas masak karena di kulkas ada sambal terasi sama sambal bandeng presto gw pake dua2nya dicampur dalam porsi buanyak sampe yang makan komplen katanya pedes banget (buat gw sih enggak ya biasa aja).

5. Udang, baso, sosis, telur ayam

6. Bawang putih dan daun bawang iris tipis

7. Garam, merica, gula, kecap manis, kecap asin, kecap ikan, angciu

Cara memasak:

1. Tumis bawang putih, pete, dan udang sampai udang berubah warna

2. Masukkan telur, orak arik sampai setengah kering

3. Masukkan bakso ikan, bakso sapi, sosis dan aduk sampai agak kering

4. Masukkan tomat dan sambal dan aduk sampai tomat agak layu.

5. Masukkan garam, merica, gula, semua jenis kecap sesuai takaran/selera

6. Masukkan nasi dan daun bawang, aduk sampai matang

7. Hidangkan dengan lapapan dan kerupuk
