Hmm….. ini salah satu menu western fav gua. Dulu sempet demen banget sama yang Pizza Hut punya, tapi lama2 begah juga deh liat harganya. Udah mana makin lama makin sedikit porsinya, jadi pelan2 mulai belajar bikin sendiri. Kalo dagingnya banyak mah dijamin pasti enak deh. Dulu pernah coba pake pasta tomat, tapi entah kenapa gak suka rasanya.

Ini nih resep andalan si spaghetti: (kagak pake takar2an, masukin aja sesuka hati)

Bahan isi:

  1. Daging sapi has dalam blender halus
  2. Udang buag kulit potong jadi 3 (banyaknya udang kira2 1/3 dari banyaknya daging, buat penyedap masakan aja yang penting)
  3. Jamur champignon kalengan potong 2
  4. Bawang Bombay iris kotak2

Bahan saus:

  1. Saus spaghetti del monte
  2. Satu buah tomat kukus sebentar, buang kulit, haluskan
  3. Oregano bubuk
  4. Garam, merica

Cara membuat:

  1. Panaskan mentega hingga leleh, tumis bawang Bombay dan udang hingga berubah warna dan wanginya keluar
  2. Masukkan daging sapi, oseng sebentar
  3. Masukkan saos del monte dan tomat halus
  4. Tambahkan saos tomat sedikit saja untuk memerahkan warna saos
  5. Masukkan oregano

  4. Tambahkan garlic bread jika suka (dari roti tawar buang kulit, olesi dengan mentega, bawang putih tumbuk, dan oregano, panggang hingga kecokelatan)
  5. Sajikan dengan saos sambal dan saos tomat

Hmm..... yummy......

Hi there. I'm from Indonesia but now live quite far away from my home country. I love cooking for my family. I learned how to cook for the first time from my mom and I believe that mom's cooking is always the best, and I do hope that my son will feel the same too even though he grows up so fast. I love Indonesian food as I grew up with it, and I promise to myself that my son, although he doesn't live in Indonesia right now, will always like and enjoy authentic Indonesian food. I make this blog so that my family will always remember our togetherness and happy time that we had, are having, and will have when we eat together and have good memories about a mother's love through her dishes. Hopefully these recipes will help other people to make healthy home cooked dishes for their families.
