Tips Membuat Juice Apel

Gua selama ini bingung kalo mau bikin jus apel, soalnya kan kalo abis dijus gitu trus didiemin sebentar aja langsung warnanya berubah jadi coklat butek gitu sampe gak napsuin buat dimakan. Udah coba dicampur pear or jeruk tetep aja begitu.

Nah, kemaren waktu ke ultah William (temen sekelas Raf), dikasih tau sama mamana Aurel kalo ma ngejus apel itu dicampur sama belimbing seiris panjang aja. Dijamin gak bakalan jadi coklat butek gitu.

Sebenernya udah mau nyobain, tapi setelah dipikir2, ngapapin juga ya dijus, kan tu bocah udah gede ini ya, akhirnya sekarang paksain dipotong2 aja terus suruh gigit2 sendiri. Selama makannya bareng2 sih dia mau2 aja, walaupun jadinya gak banyak. Kalo dijus kan bisa abis 1 butir apel gede, kalo dimakan langsung paling sekali makan cuma dapet 1/2nya doang (itu juga kadang abis kadang gak). Apelnya rada asem2 gitu sih emang, soalnya kalo apel yang manis and empuk (kayak apel America yang merah itu) si bocah malahan gak doyan. Tapi kalo apel Fuji yang garing and rada asem justru dia doyan.

Hi there. I'm from Indonesia but now live quite far away from my home country. I love cooking for my family. I learned how to cook for the first time from my mom and I believe that mom's cooking is always the best, and I do hope that my son will feel the same too even though he grows up so fast. I love Indonesian food as I grew up with it, and I promise to myself that my son, although he doesn't live in Indonesia right now, will always like and enjoy authentic Indonesian food. I make this blog so that my family will always remember our togetherness and happy time that we had, are having, and will have when we eat together and have good memories about a mother's love through her dishes. Hopefully these recipes will help other people to make healthy home cooked dishes for their families.
